In order for AON3D to respect this warranty, the customer must provide clear photographs of the ShockWatch® 2 and the two TiltWatch® Plus indicators to our Customer Success team at help@aon3d.com. Make sure that your Reception Department (Shipping & Receiving) has been made aware of the importance of providing our Customer Success team with above-mentioned photographs.

  1. Examine the ShockWatch® 2 indicator, found on the rear panel of the shipping crate.
  2. Take a clear photograph of the ShockWatch® 2 indicator and note if one of the two top and/or bottom windows are red. ShockWatch® 2 Indicator
