While you are free to use any brand and type of material you wish on your AON3D machine, we can only provide support for AON3D-approved materials that we have tested and developed processes for in-house, all of which can be purchased from AON3D directly by contacting help@aon3d.com.

ASA prints best directly on Kapton tape. Wipe down the build surface with isopropanol before use. Larger prints and geometries especially prone to warping may require the use of Dimafix, an applied adhesion aid. A Dimafix Pen can be purchased from AON3D by contacting help@aon3d.com.
ASA is mildly susceptible to hydration. When necessary, dry at 60-80ºC for 4 hours in a convection oven. When not in use, please store in a sealed package or container with dessicant.
For more information, see the Filament Drying and Moisture Control page.
HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene) has decent compatibility with ASA as a breakaway support material.
