PESU and its filled carbon fiber version are classified as experimental materials for advanced users.
While you are free to use any brand and type of material you wish on your AON3D machine, we can only provide support for AON3D-approved materials that we have tested and developed processes for in-house, all of which can be purchased from AON3D directly by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.

Build Surface Preparation
PESU prints best on the High Temperature PEI build plate with the use of a brim or raft. Note that surface of the PEI plate should be periodically resurfaced using a mill, or with an orbital palm sander if no milling services are available. Please contact email@example.com if you currently have a PEI film surfaced aluminum build plate and would like to upgrade to a High Temperature PEI Build Plate surfaced aluminum build plate.
PESU is susceptible to moisture uptake. We recommend drying the filament overnight at 120ºC before use, and to always store in a sealed container with dessicant. Take care to check the spool material of your filament prior to baking your material. Some vendors use low temperature materials for spools which may melt or deform at bakeout temperature.
