Temperatures Tab

The Control tab allows the user to control the four heaters in the machine.

Control Tab

  1. Name
  2. Power
  3. Actual Temperature
  4. Target Temperature
  5. Heater Power
  6. Graph Area
  7. Temperature Values
  8. Chart Status

Name

Shows the name of the four heaters and allows a user to enable or disable a dataset in the temperature graph. Click the name entry to toggle a dataset ON or OFF.:

  • T0 (Left Tool)
  • T1 (Right Tool)
  • Bed
  • Chamber

Power

Shows the current Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) duty cycle. When off is shown, this indicate that the value is 0%.

Actual Temperature

Shows the current temperature of the corresponding heater.

Target Temperature

Shows the current target temperature of the corresponding heater. When 0 is shown, this indicates that no target has been set. To set the target temperature of a heater, touch the temperature and use the onscreen keyboard to set a value and then press Enter.

Heater Power

Shows the status of the heater power and allows the user to turn the heater power OFF. Heater Power Status The heater power indicator changes color as follows:

  • Black indicates that the heater does not have power.
  • Red indicates that the heater has power.

To set the heater power to OFF, touch the status indicator.

Graph Area

Shows the historical temperature data for the four heaters in the machine

Temperature Values

Allows the user to move the cursor in the graph area and show the temperature data at the selected point.

Chart Status

  • CHART OFF: Hides the graph area.
  • CHART ON: Shows the graph area.
