AON3D Readyprint™ Carbon Fiber ABS

Part number: C-000696

AON3D Readyprint™ carbon fiber ABS is a composite filament of ABS and chopped carbon fibers. Compared to standard ABS, carbon fiber ABS’s main advantages are minimum shrinkage, good dimensional stability while printing, higher tensile strength, and tensile modulus. Carbon fiber ABS is a versatile material, suited to printing with a full range of nozzle sizes to meet a wide variety of mechanical properties, surface finish, and productivity requirements.

AON3D Readyprint™ ESD ABS

Part number: C-000697

AON3D Readyprint™ ESD ABS is an acrylonitrile butadiene styrene composite with carbon black to provide electrostatic discharge (ESD) on 3D printed parts. ESD ABS provides similar mechanical properties to baseline ABS with good impact resistance, low density, and printability. This composite polymer is typically used for parts that interface with electronic components such as housing for circuit boards or jigs and fixtures for electronics.

AON3D HIPS

Part number: FIL-AON-HIPS-NAT-2270

AON3D High Impact PolyStyrene (HIPS) is a recycled thermoplastic used in additive manufacturing as support material for commodity polymers. HIPS has good impact resistance and can be used to manufacture packaging and household appliances. HIPS complies with RoHS and REACH standards.

AON3 HIPS is compatible with the following filaments as a breakaway support material:

AON3D Readyprint™ PC

Part number: C-000702

Readyprint™ Polycarbonate (PC) is an amorphous thermoplastic, commonly used as an engineering polymer for functional prototypes, jigs, fixtures, and end-use parts.

Polycarbonate is a transparent plastic that offers high heat resistance (up to 140°C), high-impact resistance, affordability, and can be sterilized. PC is often used in aerospace and defense, consumer electronics, and automotive.

PC complies with REACH and RoHS standards, and has EU 10/2011 and FDA 21 CFR food contact certifications.

AquaSys® 120

Part number: FIL-ASY-SUP-120-1000

Infinite Material Solutions AquaSys® 120 is an amorphous water-soluble filament used as a support material in conjunction with engineering thermoplastics. Relatively fast dissolution rates allow for easy support removal when submerged in standard tap water at temperatures from 70°C to 80°C.

Offering great thermal stability and robust adhesion characteristics, AquaSys® 120 is compatible with the following filaments as a soluble support material:

AON3D Readyprint™ PEI 9085

Part number: C-000703

AON3D Readyprint™ PEI-9085 is an amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) blend, commonly used in prototyping, tooling, and production parts. Produced from SABIC ULTEM™ 9085 resin, PEI-9085 filament offers long-term heat resistance and stability of physical and mechanical properties at elevated temperatures for extended periods.

Due to its heat resistance, high impact strength, high strength-to-weight ratio properties, and high resistance to abrasion PEI-9085 is widely used in aerospace, automotive, and military applications. It has the following certifications:

  • Flame retardant and non-toxic – UL94 V0
  • Railway fire and smoke standard EN45545
  • Aerospace FAR 25.853 Standard
  • Complies with the RoHS and REACH standard

TenneT PROTEOS HT

TenneT PROTEOS HT is a soluble support material for filament extrusion for supporting high temperature materials such as PEEK at build chamber temperatures up to 215°C.

TenneT PROTEOS HT is compatible with the following filaments as a soluble support material:

AON3D Readyprint™ PEKK-A

Part number: C-000705

Readyprint™ Amorphous Polyetherketoneketone (PEKK-A) is a pseudo-amorphous thermoplastic copolymer, commonly used when resistance to extreme environments is required. Produced from Arkema Kepstan®, PEKK-A is easy to print due to its very slow crystallization rate and overall low degree of crystallinity. PEKK-A filament offers good mechanical and insulation properties with high chemical resistance, temperature resistance, flame retardancy, and complies with RoHS & REACH standards.

PEKK-A is often considered as an alternative to aluminum, ideal for the aerospace and automotive industries where high strength-to-weight ratios are important. The amorphous nature of PEKK-A allows for increased interlayer adhesion and internal stress management compared to other semi-crystalline materials. Crystallization-induced shrinkage is drastically reduced, decreasing the likelihood of warping and shrinkage.

AquaSys® 180

Part number: C-000235

Infinite Material Solutions AquaSys® 180 is an amorphous water-soluble filament used as a support material in conjunction with high temperature thermoplastics. Relatively fast dissolution rates allow for easy support removal when submerged in hot tap water at temperatures up to 85 degrees Celsius. It offers great thermal stability and robust adhesion characteristics.

AquaSys® 180 is a compatible soluble support material fwith the following filaments as a soluble support material:

Xioneer VXL 130

Xioneer VXL 130 ensures a more comfortable printing experience. Due to its alkali-soluble property, it is far less sensitive to humidity. Although dry storage is recommended, the material can easily handle a few days if not stored airtight. Not only is the risk of a clogged nozzle minimized, but there is also no foaming after extrusion from the nozzle. Adhesion to both the print bed and the model is increased.

Xioneer VXL 130 is compatible with the following filaments as a soluble support material:

Kimya PEBA-S

Part number: C-001580

Kimya PEBA-S 3D filament is a thermoplastic elastomer. Polyether block amide (PEBA) is produced via polycondensation of a carboxylic acid polyamide with an alcohol-terminated polyether. PEBA, based on PEBAX by Arkema, is very flexible: it has the best elongation % in the range (>550%). It can be used to make shoe soles or other sports equipment (cycling, golf, American football helmet) as it offers substantial energy return. The Kimya PEBA-S 3D filament has the following properties:

  • Flexibility (>550% tensile elongation at break)
  • Impact resistance

Due to its elasticity, PEBA requires machine modifications to be printed successfully. It is recommended to install the PEBA upgrade kit. Send us a message at help@aon3d.com.
